The L'Altro Relais Restaurant, from 2017 is under the management of Francesco Ambrogi, maitre with thirty years of experience in the field of catering and lecturer at various Umbrian restaurant schools. The context remains the same, the Relais Todini, which is the setting for the splendid panoramic restaurant overlooking Todi and the surrounding countryside, but the gastronomic proposal and the restaurant concept are completely renewed. Not only great food, this is the new philosophy of L'Altro Relais, but the desire to offer the customer a unique taste experience, able to stimulate all the senses. This is possible, first, thanks to the people who work there, a new cohesive and professional team led by Francesco Ambrogi, assisted in the kitchen by Alessandro Piras, a chef with long international experience, able to combine the Italian gastronomic tradition with charm and exotic taste of the most famous oriental cuisines. The menu is proposed starting from a careful selection of the raw materials, chosen with a particular attention to the seasonality and to the products of the territory that are the base on which the menu (which changes at least 4 times the 'year) is conceived and structured . The final proposal is a cuisine that has its roots in the Umbrian gastronomic tradition, in some cases revisited and in others faithfully re-proposed, but always with particular attention to the presentation of the dishes and the evolution of the culinary culture, squeezing the eye to the food and wine trends of various countries. the Attention to the customer is the foundation on which the service in the dining room, professionalism and attention to detail merge with familiarity and human warmth, guided by the awareness that the guest is in some way experiencing a moment of leisure and pleasure, as well as the satisfaction of the senses.
