Our history

At L'Altro Relais, the menu is proposed starting from a careful selection of the raw materials, chosen with a particular attention to the seasonality and to the products of the territory that are the base on which the paper is conceived and structured. The final proposal is a kitchen that has its roots in the Umbrian gastronomic tradition, in some cases revisited and in others faithfully re-proposed,
